in the form of a CASHIER’S CHECK MADE PAYABLE TO YOURSELF (you will

If jointly owned and either of you
will not be at the closing, with prior notice to the title company, a power
of attorney will be prepared accordingly.
Bring your driver’s license, or
other form of PICTURE ID, to the closing.
